Are You Committed or Are You Interested?

Are you committed to healing?

What I'm about to say will piss off most people. But, you know what they say, the truth hurts.

So here it is, if you don't commit to your growth, you will never change, EVER.

As a society, I have seen that committing to almost anything is a lost cause. By the way, escapism and commitment are 2 different things.

We can thank the media, social media, and companies for creating a public where patience is almost non-existent. At the click of a button you can instantly order or purchase almost anything in the world, so it's no surprise that one will have a hard time committing to weeks, months or oftentimes, years to healing or personal growth

Every week, I see clients who want to undo and heal years of emotional and spiritual damage in a 1-hour session. I'm good but not that good. But for those who commit, their life completely change.

So as you embark on your healing journey, decide to simply commit. Whether it's committing to working with one specific teacher at a time or committing to a daily practice.

Commit. Commit to yourself and your future self.

To expect to undo years of emotional damage in a 1-hour session is like expecting a guard dog not to bark at an intruder. Comical, isn't it?
